Bank Studios is a 4000sqft multi-content room studio designed to operate as a co-working space for artists.
We host podcasts, fashion productions, e-comm shoots, branding shoots, events, weddings, workshops, classes and more.

Bank Studios is located at 388 Carlaw Ave. Intersection is Carlaw and Dundas.

Street parking is available directly outside of the building. We also have a freight elevator available upon request for larger productions.

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Bank Studios does NOT do deposits.
We only offer a studio credit for cancelled bookings and are happy to accommodate rescheduling you at our earliest availability.
Bank Studios reserves the right to cancel any bookings if they do not comply with our terms of service, in such event full money back is guaranteed.

We are located in a commercial factory building in Toronto so we cannot guarantee absolute silence if you are recording.
Please keep volume to a minimum.
If we get a noise complaint you will be charged $200

Please make sure to clean up after yourself.
Please also notify the studio immediately if the studio is not in tip top shape.
There is absolutely no smoking or alcohol allowed in the studio.
You are more than welcome to play music, however noise levels must be kept to a minimum as there are neighbouring businesses. If we get a noise complaint you will be charged $200.
Please do not loiter in the building or hallways.

Setting up and cleaning up must be factored into your booking time.
We charge $200 per hour for any over-time that has not been approved.
If you suspect you will need more time please call 647-200-4695, additional booking time is charged at $125 an hour.
